Christmas wishes from PCP

Just before those lucky enough to switch on the out of office message for a Christmas break, I wanted to say thank you. To all of our existing clients, those potential clients that have seen the value we provide and will be meeting us in the new year and those clients that just need to drop us a line and lets us support you in the future. Also not wanting to forget those people that have worked with People Change Projects in 2017, whether it is in a support and guidance capacity or working as part of our team.

Looking back

The 3 top things we have learnt in 2017 are;

1. Business benefits and their full return have become an even more critical success factor, which spans wider than the programme or project
2. The overall culture and capabilities of your team are key, understanding the need to change and working together is a MUST to achieve success
3. Delivery is no longer enough. Any change must be adopted, embedded and sustained and that requires hearts and minds….from the outset.

There are many businesses that will still deliver change and transformation without the above, but how long lasting and whether you ultimately achieve your vision will require something more……..PEOPLE.

Focusing forward

We will continue to work with our existing (and new) clients in 2018 to not just support and enable end to end delivery but with it we focus on the business foundations, ensuring they are solid where we assess and consider the people elements of change. We find this sets you up for greater success and ensures the change is managed and embedded into the fabric of your business.

The team is growing

If you like our ethos, approach and thinking then please keep an eye out in early 2018, as for many January brings with it time to reflect and change. We will be looking to grow our team at PCP and recruiting talented individuals from a business analysis, project management and programme management background.
