As we complete our first year at People Change Projects, I wanted to thank all of the wonderful clients we have supported plus all of the excellent trusted associates in our team that have worked hard to provide some exceptional change management solutions that have not just been successfully implemented but truly embedded and sustainable for our clients.
We have been commissioned by both larger organisations plus some thriving SME business from across both public and private sectors. Engaged on a range of solutions stretching right across the change management spectrum from full end to end programme management services through to process optimisation and efficiency.
The people elements of change have been a core component of our service and engrained in the skills of the teams we have deployed, notably focusing on culture and capabilities from the outset to maximise overall adoption rates, benefits and most importantly ensuring the change lands, embeds and works for the business.
Here are just a few PCP highlights to mention:
- Worked with a range of police forces to support, guide and advise on overall change capability, programme governance and structure, PMO design and development plus business and change readiness.
- Established a transformation roadmap, key planning and core start up documentation for a ground breaking, truly inspirational and international law enforcement and education programme.
- Supported a utility SME to establish a strategy and business plan alongside fundamental people and process reviews to produce a growth plan over the next 5 years to enable sustainable growth from a £1m to £5m business and develop a suitable target operating model.
- Provided a tailored solution for a medical professional services organisation requiring specific change specialists and PCP quality assurance.
- Provided a programme audit and healthcheck for a further education provider to ensure the transformation programme was set up for success across the digital and people aspects of change. Listened to the business and carried out staff surveys that took change and transformation confidence levels from 27%-76% within 12mths.
- Produced a benefit calculation and realisation review with PCP people impact assessment for a high street chain of restaurants. Providing a significant efficiency saving of £17.8m across all 92 stores and with it an overall customer experience review that improved their NPS scoring significantly.
What next for PCP:
We are growing rapidly both in terms of new opportunities and PCP assignments but also in developing our trusted core of associates that share the same ethos, passion, values and quality as the PCP team.
